Axia Flow first: validate client intake and request management with tax and accounting firms, launch before tax season, then expand the shared Axia Ops platform into adjacent workflows.

  1. August 2026 Build the pilotable Axia Flow core and dogfood real intake workflows with Axia Advisors.
  2. September 2026 Private pilot with a small group of outside tax and accounting design partners.
  3. Fall 2026 Early-access launch for firms that want Flow operational before the 2027 tax season.
  4. November–December Harden onboarding, templates, reliability, reporting, and the highest-value feedback from real usage.
  5. 2027 tax season Support live users, improve the proven workflow, and minimize disruptive product changes.
  6. Post-tax season Use Flow evidence to expand the shared platform and prioritize adjacent products such as Money Inbox.
